An independent optical laboratory in Brossard, Québec, serving eyecare clinics since 1987. We develop and maintain the platform, have increased the speed and quality of each release, and continue to maintain the platform with every release.
A complete mobile app for a food brand: a recipe library with full nutrition data, a native store integrated with Shopify, a premium subscription, cooking courses, loyalty points and a community feed. It is live on the App Store and Google Play from a single codebase.
A Québec motorhome and travel-trailer maker receiving more support requests than its team could read. We automated the support desk, so every request is categorized and prioritized and arrives with a drafted reply and the relevant internal and public documentation attached.
In the Champions for Wildlife game, children explore illustrated North American ecosystems and find the animals in each one. Every animal opens a learning card with a photograph, a short fact and a recording of its call. We rebuilt the layouts so scenes fit a phone and closed the bugs from the soft launch, working to a launch date the client did not want to move.
A modular construction manufacturer ran every material request between its sites and its warehouse through one shared spreadsheet. We scoped the replacement in an analysis phase, then designed and built the application in which crews raise requests and the warehouse loads each truck.

A Québec metabolic health program in which named coaches guide each client through the program. We built the Flutter app that carries the full curriculum, a coaching messenger with voice notes and scheduled broadcasts, and every client's progress, on a database the company controls.
Drouin CTB and ti360 are Québec accounting firms that collect the same tax file from every client each year. We built the portal that requests documents by category and by month, guides the client through a structured questionnaire and sends the reminders the accountant used to write by hand.
Canada's fully online life-insurance platform had more applicants than its staff could phone by hand. We built outbound voice agents that call and qualify each applicant in a live conversation, so no one has to dial every number.
The Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism, founded by Meta, Microsoft and YouTube, needed a shared workspace for its Operating Board and Independent Advisory Committee. We built the governance portal and took it from build to launch.
An app that identifies recyclable materials from a single scan, heading for both app stores. We advised the team on its technology choices and architecture decisions, the ones that are expensive to reverse later.
