The people who build your software

The team that designs your product also builds it and supports it after launch, from the first scoping session through production.

Neo Carbone is a senior team of software developers, a chief architect, a UX/UI designer, an applied-AI researcher and a COO who is a certified HR professional and mediator. Design, engineering and research work side by side, so every screen is reviewed by the developer building it on the day it is designed.

  1. Portrait of Gabriel Beaudoin, CEO and Founder
    01

    Gabriel Beaudoin

    CEO and Founder

Gabriel founded Neo Carbone and leads its technical direction. He grew the studio from a solo practice into a profitable team. His current focus is malleable software: applications that users can change after launch by describing the change in plain language. He also designed the AI-native development method the studio uses on every project.

  2. Portrait of Marie-Eve Drouin, COO and Co-founder
    02

    Marie-Eve Drouin

    COO and Co-founder

Marie-Eve is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, and she leads operations, human resources and partnerships at Neo Carbone. She is a CRHA-certified HR professional and an accredited mediator with more than 15 years of experience in organizational change. On client projects, she plans the change management for each deployment, so the teams who will use a new system are trained and ready on the day it goes live.

  3. Portrait of Isaac Mao, Chief Architect
    03

    Isaac Mao

    Chief Architect

Isaac is Neo Carbone's Chief Architect and has led software architecture and engineering teams for decades. A former fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard, he invented Aivvy Q, the first ML-based smart music device, and co-founded Musicoin, a blockchain platform that pays independent musicians directly. He was a core architect on Intel's Pentium MMX compiler team and now sits on the W3C Agentic Protocol Working Group. He also originated the Recursive Emergence theory and maintains BELLA, which handles contested and evolving knowledge. At Neo Carbone, he sets the architecture of the systems the studio builds for clients.

  4. Portrait of Émerik Tremblay, Web and Mobile Developer
    04

    Émerik Tremblay

    Web and Mobile Developer

Émerik is a web and mobile developer who specializes in mobile applications. Before development starts, he breaks each project into phases and agrees with the client on what ships first, what follows and when, so scope and expectations are set from the first week. His interface design starts from how users move through the app and what they need at each step.

  5. Portrait of Sylvain Cormier, Software Developer & Researcher
    05

    Sylvain Cormier

    Software Developer & Researcher

Sylvain is a software developer and researcher with 20 years of experience building distributed systems. For the past 3 years, he has run an applied-AI and post-quantum research lab. His published work covers hallucination reduction in language models, ternary neural architectures and formally verified AI safety, with hundreds of theorems released alongside the code. At Neo Carbone, he turns research-stage methods into capabilities the studio applies in client projects.

  6. Portrait of Anna Sholokhova, Software Developer and UX/UI Expert
    06

    Anna Sholokhova

    Software Developer and UX/UI Expert

Anna is a senior UX/UI designer with more than 14 years of experience in product design and product management, and has designed dozens of SaaS, healthcare and smart-home products used by millions of people. At Neo Carbone, she reviews AI-built apps screen by screen and redesigns the flows, layouts and details that make them hard to use, so the product is clear from the first screen and looks finished.

  7. Portrait of Maximilien Chopin, Software Developer
    07

    Maximilien Chopin

    Software Developer

Maximilien is a software developer who has worked professionally since the age of 16, starting at an AI startup, then at Ticketmaster, before returning to startups. His experience covers mobile development, production engineering and CI/CD, the disciplines that keep a codebase maintainable and ready to release. At Neo Carbone, he builds the environments the studio uses to produce software with AI, configured so that the output ships quickly and runs reliably. He works in French, English and Spanish.

  8. Portrait of Mohammadarsh Vahora, Software Developer
    08

    Mohammadarsh Vahora

    Software Developer

Arsh specializes in AI and machine learning systems, with a focus on AI that performs in production, past the demo stage. At Neo Carbone, he builds the conversational layer of the studio's malleable software, which interprets a user's request and changes the application to match.
